Matthew Faber

Founder & Principal

  • Matthew Faber founded Oakridge Management Co. in 1989 with a focus on disciplined operations and owner alignment. Over more than three decades, he has overseen commercial and residential assets, guiding projects through multiple market cycles with steady execution and practical judgment.

    Prior to founding Oakridge, Matt held roles with Bedford Properties and the General Services Administration (GSA). He is a licensed real estate broker and a graduate of California State University, East Bay.

    Outside the office, Matt enjoys spending time outdoors, working on the ranch, and being with family and friends.

Zach Faber

Vice President

  • Zach Faber oversees asset management, operations, and strategic growth initiatives at Oakridge Management Co.

    Prior to joining the firm, Zach spent more than a decade on the principal side with private equity firms and real estate developers, including Longfellow Real Estate Partners, Swift Real Estate Partners, and affiliates of DivcoWest and TPG. He led asset management initiatives across office, life science, and mixed-use portfolios — overseeing leasing strategy, capital projects, and institutional reporting for complex, performance-driven assets.

    Zach graduated from Middlebury College, where he was a four-year starter on the varsity football team.

Dianne Faber

Controller

  • Dianne Faber oversees accounting, financial controls, and owner reporting at Oakridge Management Co., ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency across the firm’s portfolio.

    In addition to her financial leadership role, Dianne supports a wide range of operational functions, including tenant and vendor coordination and maintenance oversight — helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

    Prior to joining Oakridge full-time, Dianne taught AP Chemistry and coached varsity swimming at California High School. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.
